Scheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made within the time frame specified at the time of booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Scope of Services: Services are limited to physical rehabilitation, canine fitness, and acupuncture as described on this Site. We may decline or discontinue services if, in our professional judgment, they are not in the best interest of the animal or if safety concerns arise.
