If you are interested in rehabilitation, acupuncture or holistic-integrative services please upload your pet's medical records. I will review records and get back to you typically within 48 -72 hours once they are received.

Please note if your pet has had surgery within the past 12 months I do need your veterinary surgeon's approval for rehabilitation services. If you are interested in a custom fitness program or fitness assessment medical records are not necessary for scheduling, but recommended.
